Thou Shall not Steal

Posting this c/o WiGo at CBTL-Rockwell.

Gino thinks I'm not really stealing the wi-fi making this entire blog a hoax. I beg to differ. It's still free wi-fi, so I'm actually stealing the profit that Globe Wiz and Airborne Access would have otherwise gained.

It's Black Saturday. The whole metropolis breathes a sigh of relief.

The malls are open.

Malling is inevitably a part of Manila lifestyle. Where do we go on weekends? When classes and work is called off? Ask any Filipino kid. What's the funnest place on earth? Disneyland of course. But the mall is right up there with it.

I'm glad I grew up when I did. I got a mix of playing outside and playing indoors - getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D-rich sunshine and harsh white lights from fluorescent bulbs.

Decided to hit Starbucks in Fully Booked on High Street for coffee and and wi-fi but all the seats were full. Shame, would have been the perfect spot to park because if I got bored, I'd just browse through the books. Moved down the 'Street to The Coffee Bean where Sun Cellular doesn't get reception. It's Holy Wednesday and coding and I'm stuck here until seven unless I decide to meet Gino at his office. I am super psyched for the April Eurotrip. Need to plot out me and mama's itinerary. My brain is pretty fried. Don't know what I need to do first. Need to make sure I get my visa. First things first.

I guess this blog means I'm shutting down http://grocerylist.livejournal.com. Or I'll be dedicating that blog to my grocery-shopping haunts. Anyway. This is home for now.
