I have server access!!! I guess I should close up the petition, the battle is won. It was a good fight.
I'm at NAIA Centennial Terminal (NAIA-2) waiting for my flight to board. I'm headed over to Cebu to visit my family. I haven't been to NAIA-3 yet but it safe to say that for now, this is my favorite terminal in Manila (well, NAIA-1 isn't an option and Manila Domestic Terminal is not an terminal). From what I can remember, only airborne access used to operate this business but I was quite surprised that AirPort picked up the MIAAT2FreeWIFIsw network. I'm quite happy waiting for my flight to board. Good job!

Updates to the Petition
I have printer access! The administration is slowly hearing the cries of the oppressed and the printer-less. There are still connection interruptions but it looks like its on the up and up.
But sadly, I am the only one in our office network. I can't SEE anyone. This could be due to the fact that I am running on Windows Vista and my colleagues are well, aren't. Vista is magical because it disconnects you from the rest of the world. What I mean is that Vista doesn't recognize other lesser beings in the network and XP and lower OSs don't recognize the top dog of the Windows OSs. Anyway, it is an odd odd thing but I will keep on trying to experiment and hopefully not lose my job (right away).

Lovin' It!
I'm at McDonald's Pearl Drive waiting for Gino to finish at the studio so I wander off and head here where not only is there free wi-fi, but power outlets as well. Also for my caffeine fix, they have a McCafe at this branch and I enjoyed my mochacchino but not so much the chocolate chip cookie.
Most McDonald's now have the free wi-fi service but in the 2 branches I've been to in the last week - Katipunan and El Pueblo - it's only been Pearl Drive that encourages squatting customers (and by that I mean customers who stay for long periods of time even after finishing their beverage).
It's 54 mbps, the Top Chef season four episode I'm loading on Tudou.com isn't going as fast as I'd like but I'm able to fezbook and load Yahoo's webmessenger. I'm seated beside two gay guys and I really don't want to listen in on their conversation so I've up-ed the volume on my audio.
The weekend is looking like it's going to be a slow one.
